We’re seeking a dedicated Corporate & Technology Apprenticeship Coordinator to join our team.
This pivotal role supports the delivery of exceptional apprenticeship programmes with a focus on diversity, talent pipeline development, and outstanding candidate experience.
As the main point of contact for Corporate and Technology apprenticeship candidates, you’ll manage communications, organise assessment centres, and oversee on-boarding. Additionally, you’ll contribute to attraction events, induction sessions, and graduation ceremonies while collaborating with our wider team to ensure seamless programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience:
* Manage Early Careers mailbox, responding to queries within agreed SLAs.
* Plan and execute assessment centres, handling logistics, pre-event invites, and communications.
* Provide insightful feedback post-assessment and efficiently manage pipelines via GTI’s bespoke ATS.
Ensure Compliance and Accuracy:
* Adhere to internal processes and relevant legislation.
* Support candidates with reasonable adjustments, liaising directly with applicants.
* Verify and record visa eligibility documents for new hires.
* Handle candidate expense management and on-boarding logistics, including contract preparation.
Support Stakeholders:
* Keep Apprentice Manager and Recruitment Business Partners updated on programme needs.
* Participate in working groups to identify process improvements.
* Assist with on-boarding events and accurate joiner processing.
Contribute to Early Careers Excellence:
* Represent the company at recruitment events and career fairs.
* Participate in induction and graduation ceremonies.
* Stay updated on Early Careers industry trends and share insights with the team.
