About the Role
As a Client Principal, you’ll play an integral role in expanding our client base and network to grow the Financial Services business across the UK.
You will be entrepreneurial, results-driven, passionate about technology, and skilled in solution selling and relationship building to help organizations understand possibilities.
You will be a key member of the UK Leadership team, helping define technology solutions to solve customer problems in Financial Services aligned with team capabilities and strategy.
What you’ll do
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing consulting firm and develop a world-class business and team. Your responsibilities include:
* Expertise in technology business development in Financial Services, selling various work packages from consulting to digital transformation and Managed Services.
* Identifying new business opportunities with potential and existing clients, being forward-thinking and creative.
* Negotiating business contracts with clients.
* Analyzing and understanding the target market to recommend service changes.
* Developing business plans and strategies for new markets, clients, partnerships, and services to meet revenue goals.
About You
The ideal candidate should be passionate about working in a dynamic team to solve industry problems across technology and business.
You should have extensive business development experience in the technology sector, a strong network, and preferably experience in a senior role within a leading consultancy.
You should have experience selling strategic, digital, and technological solutions in Financial Services, with expertise in Strategy, digital, data, analytics, or Technology and Engineering.
You should demonstrate high energy, integrity, and a proven track record of exceeding performance expectations in revenue generation and client management.
You should be skilled in developing and strengthening relationships at the peer level with clients.
You should be able to engage with diverse teams, motivate others, and communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly, thriving in a culture of effective communication.
You should work collaboratively, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
You should have strong functional knowledge in strategy, business development, account management, marketing, sales, and digital development.
