We are looking for an individual with excellent client service, organisational and word processing skills to work on a busy reception and undertake a wide range of general clerical duties.
The successful applicant will be able to maintain a calm disposition, have a pleasant telephone manner, be able to work efficiently unsupervised and deal with clients and staff courteously and professionally.
The role offered will be a full-time role at our Nottingham office. The office working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Job overview
* Attend to clients both on the telephone and in person
* Deliver high-quality support services as directed by the Partners, including tasks such as audio and copy typing, photocopying, stationery and supply chain procurement, scanning, filing, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Prepare and review documentation accurately using Microsoft Office, adhering to templates, firm standards, client requirements, and framework guidelines.
* Oversee the completion of statutory filing procedures to Companies House for clients.
* Assist in the distribution and dispatch of incoming and outgoing post
* General day to day office duties and admin
Ideally we are looking for a candidate who can meet the following criteria:
* Excellent IT skills including Excel Spreadsheets; good verbal, electronic and written communication
* Organisation and time management
* Eager to learn, conscientious, enthusiastic with a flexible attitude to working in a busy, active environment
* Multi skilled team worker
* Ability to work to deadlines and attention to detail
* Punctual, able to work on own initiative
