Position Summary: The Supply Chain Services Analyst will play a crucial role in analysing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes. This position requires a data-driven individual with strong analytical skills to help improve operational efficiency and drive informed decision-making within the supply chain team. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services, enhancing our ability to meet customer demands. Responsibilities: - Support with UAT testing - DCSP & D&A - Support with report requirements / specs - STI lane rate updates and maintenance - Cover for Central file Maintenance annual leave - Support DCSP forecasts for new DCs - Facilitate data requests from across the business - Scenario modelling / simulations will be necessary. - Specify and help develop reporting to allow Identification of trends within each product category, product build, Supplier and ingredient volume. - General exploratory analysis/ad-hoc reporting and its evolution, providing analytics, insight and support on Supply forecasts, case volume outlook. - Work with the Insights Team to develop Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Exception reporting. - To support value, add projects regarding forecasting and business change initiatives as appropriate Qualifications Technical competencies Essential: - Systems - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Strong Microsoft Excel / VBA knowledge - Demand & Supply Planning experience - Excellent JDE and JDA skills Desirable: - Market level forecasting / planning experience - All round JDA knowledge - Knowledge and/ or experience of manufacturing and production environments - Microsoft Access Skills - SQL knowledge - Cognos reporting skills - Forecasting experience with the ability to easily interpret graphical representation.
