A manufacturing company is seeking an Accounts Assistant/Administrator with strong office administration skills and a keen eye for detail. This role involves managing multiple processes daily and handling logistics-related tasks, offering a dynamic position within the team. Day-to-day of the role: Manage and oversee daily administrative and accounting processes. Coordinate logistics and related activities to ensure efficient operation. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy in all transactions. Maintain financial records and assist in the preparation of reports. Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders or making adjustments as necessary. Liaise with other departments to ensure compliance with financial procedures. Perform data entry and ensure the integrity of financial data. Assist with budget preparation and expense management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in office administration and handling multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Sage 50. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
