As a Senior Talent Researcher & Sourcer, you set the standard for what good looks like when it comes to the quality of talent entering the recruitment process. You'll primarily support the Business & Commercial Banking, Corporate & Institutional Banking, and Insurance, Pensions & Investments. The core of the role will be understanding the business needs, developing and executing sourcing strategies, building a warm bench and attracting high-potential passive talent. You'll have an external-first viewpoint, building clear sourcing strategies to support the team's ambitious goals in talent acquisition. Your advanced knowledge of sourcing strategies will enable you to innovate and develop new sourcing methodologies tailored to organisational needs. What you’ll be doing Strategic sourcing methods by utilising advanced tools and techniques to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates, particularly for Front Office business pillars. Focusing on contributing to the development of comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with team goals. Deep knowledge of market intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron, Draup, Horsefly and web-based researching techniques to deliver market insights to support hiring decisions. Understanding of direct sourcing and talent research methods by leveraging various channels and databases such as LinkedIn, online communities, social media profiles, competing companies and more, utilising search string and data mining. Conduct comprehensive research before interpreting/translating data and talent findings to create accurate, timely and well-informed market mapping, talent scan and intelligence reports. Contributing insights to enhance existing sourcing methodologies and adopting more advanced technologies. Drive continuous improvement in the team's sourcing practices. Set the bar for what a candidate centric journey should be. Uses expertise to serve as the organisational authority on meeting high candidate expectations. Sets and maintains a continued focus on delivering the candidate excellence. Implements strategies and plans that deliver the right outcomes and high levels of candidate satisfaction. Drive collaboration and break down silos to deliver as one TA function. Builds strong identity teams with a clear purpose that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common objectives. Actively provides feedback to the team; takes multiple perspectives into account when making decisions. Mentor and guide members of the talent acquisition team on advanced outreach strategies. Sees ahead to future possibilities and translates them into breakthrough strategies. For example, provides a clear picture of the organisation’s vision and strategy and what the team needs to do to realise them. Develops longer term strategies that capitalise on the organisation’s distinct capabilities and emerging trends in the market. Collaboration at this level extends to mentoring junior team members, actively participating in team development initiatives, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. What we need from you In-house Front Office recruitment and proactive sourcing experience is essential. Previous experience of hiring senior-level positions into commercial, corporate or investment banking is required. Experience in market mapping and research Experience in using Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Avature CRM, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron, Draup and Avature.
