About the Role: Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, you’ll play a vital role in managing supplier payments, processing invoices, and ensuring smooth financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing a high volume of purchase invoices efficiently and accurately.
* Managing supplier payments and reconciling statements.
* Maintaining a dedicated ledger and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
* Posting daily bank transactions.
* Resolving supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Assisting with general finance and administrative tasks as required.
