Job Title: Compliance Manager
Grade: 12
Hours: 37 Hours per week (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
Salary: £58,166 to £61,598
We are currently seeking an individual to lead our compliance work within the property and asset management section of the Council on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
This role will have responsibility for ensuring that the Council meets its statutory compliance duties relating to its stock of over 2700 HRA residential dwellings and varied corporate assets.
The role will be responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are in place and implemented to ensure the safety of residents, members of the public, staff, and our buildings being maintained. The role also includes responsibility for the overall management of all mechanical and electrical servicing and repair contracts.
