The Company: Specialising in Driver Training for all organisations that requires driver safety compliance e.g. Large Fleets, Construction or any company that offers company cars. Products & Services include Insurance Checks, Risk Assessments, MOT & Road Tax Checks, Driver Training, Taxi Driver Training & Construction Training.
The Role: Due to growth, we are looking for 2x Business Development Managers. You will be responsible for 100% new business, driving growth in the sales team. You will be working alongside 3 x BDMs, 2 Key Account Managers, 2 Account Managers and a operational support team. This is a national role; you can be based anywhere in the UK if you are happy to commute once a month to the office in Telford. You will be required to attend client meetings, but you will be managing your own diary for this.

Responsibilities:
· Travel to Telford office once a month.
· Client visits are expected, managing your own diary is essential.
· Drive growth by identifying new customer opportunities across various sectors.
· Build sales pipeline capable of exceeding agreed sales targets - discussed in interview.
· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and value propositions.
· Draft and negotiate business proposals and contracts with a high degree of commercial acumen.
· Align with internal and external stakeholders to deliver win-win solutions for both company & clients.
· Build meaningful relationships with prospective clients.
· Introduce innovative thought leadership to tailor solutions that meet complex customer challenges.
· Lead or support colleagues in strategic bids, ensuring seamless teamwork and execution.
· Stay ahead of industry trends locally and internationally to maintain competitive advantage.
· Regularly evaluate and report on successes and areas for improvement to refine strategies.
Requirements:
· Any B2B sales experience will be considered.
· Advantage if you come from a Training or Education Sales background.
· Strategic minded and analytical
· A big-picture thinker, inquisitive
· Would consider a mixture of Account Management & New Business IF you can demonstrate winning new business and happy with a 100% N.B role.
Salary & Benefits Package:
* Starting salary between £35,000 and £45,000. Dependent on Experience
