Job Purpose:
* To provide a safe, clean working kitchen environment

* Willing to take on extra hours to cover holidays and staff shortages
* Well-organized to manage multiple tasks throughout the day
* Understanding of chemical use for cleaning (full COSHH training provided)
Responsibilities:
* Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen at all times
* Wash pots, pans, and machinery
* Put deliveries away in compliance with HACCP policies
* Label food items according to HACCP and allergen policies
* Support chefs with basic food preparation
* Perform deep cleaning as scheduled or as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in a kitchen is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
