Job Description
* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payment of outstanding debts.
* Offer exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a professional manner.
* Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to achieve department goals.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
* Identify opportunities for improving processes and procedures within the department.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Collections Advisor should have:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
