IMH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator with a background in Commercial Printing to join our client based in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on multitasking and tackling challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing customer orders and providing accurate quotes.
* Inputting order details with high accuracy
* Liaising with customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction regarding specific orders.
* Supporting studio communication and staff absence cover, which includes
* Liasing with B2B queries and providing Artwork Proofs, Making Templates for Printing Machines, Participating in comprehensive in-house training to grow within the role.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
* Experience: Familiarity with commercial printing processes and terminology.
* Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and knowledgeable in Sage systems. Be happy to be trained up with our own in-house Job Application Systems.
* Proficient with computers and knowledgeable in Apple Macintosh systems.
* Locality: Resides in or near Rotherham and can commute reliably.
* Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
