We are seeking an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Box Office Manager to lead the team, selling tickets, building shows, managing admin for memberships and events, and processing reports and sales information using our CRM, Spektrix.
The successful candidate will be a great team leader with a high level of competency with ticketing and CRM systems. You will be happy working in a lively, frequently changing environment and demonstrate a great attention to detail, confidence in managing data and financial information, as well as being customer focused and able to work on your own initiative.
This role is shift based and will include evenings and weekends; it isn't suitable for remote working.
The theatre is an independent charity that produces our popular pantomime, as well as national tours of new work, and presents a programme of quality weeklong drama, plus excellent comedy, music, and talks.
