We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dental Practice Manager or Trainee Dental Practice Manager to join our team in Eyemouth Dental Practice in the Scottish Borders.

Your overall role and responsibilities will be to lead and drive your team to ensure the smooth running of your practice, creating and maintaining a professional, friendly, and customer-focused culture that provides a high-quality dental service that is continuously striving to improve and grow.
The Job role:
* Leading the team with the day-to-day running and management of the practice
* Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and Key Performance Indicators, and managing practice costs
* Building the vision and brand message for the practice, and delivering outstanding customer service experiences
* Attending regular management meetings with the other Infinityblu Practice Managers
* Delivering on business targets, with ideas and execution
* Recruitment, and identifying the needs of the practice
* Regular team meetings and staff performance reviews
* Providing support and training to increase performance, skills, and knowledge of nurses and staff
* Competent in Health and Safety management
* Processing NHS and monthly schedule reports
* Clinical Governance & Combined Practice Inspection knowledge
The role would suit an individual who has:
* Exceptional leadership & management skills and the ability to motivate others
* Excellent listening skills and the ability to be empathetic to the needs of the team and patients
* Strong written & verbal skills as well as good interpersonal skills
* Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multi-tasking effectively
* Ability to adapt in accordance with business needs
* Experience, or knowledge of both NHS and Private dentistry is preferred, however, not essential
* Knowledge of SOE Exact is preferable
