Job summary Operational Service Delivery Lead: South Staffs Older People and Physical Disability Services A full time and temporary (3 months) opportunity is available for an experienced and dynamic individual to lead the South Staffs Older People and Physical Disability teams. This is to provide cover for the current postholder during planned sickness absence. Cover starting as soon as possible in January is desired. As an experienced manager you will be working closely with the teams, managers and partner agencies to delivery high quality social care services to adults and their carers. This is a dynamic post and you will be working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies in addressing a range of care and support issues to enable individuals to remain in their own homes using a strength based approach. You will play a key role in ensuring that quality, finance and performance are upheld across the service with scope and support to develop areas of specialism with the teams.
