Morgan Hunt is currently working with a Charity based in Shoreditch, London in search for A Head of Mass Participation Fundraising .
The candidate for this has to deliver effective fundraising activities from a mass participation portfolio of diverse products, events and opportunities and to manage relationships with suppliers and agencies while providing leadership to fundraising staff.
Role: Head of Mass Participation Fundraising
Contract: 12 month FTC
Pay : £48,748-54,164 plus inner London Weighing of £3,366
Location: Shoreditch, 1 day from office or Remote
Key Responsibilities of the new Head of Mass Participation Fundraising:
* Work with Head of Fundraising in communities to develop ambitious strategies and business plans to grow income.
* To guide and direct the implementation of agreed strategies.
* To develop, deliver and be accountable for the teams annual budgets through monitoring, managing and reforecasting financial performance.
* To guide and direct efficient acquisition strategies across third party events, owned events and schools fundraising and ensure all supporters are on board.
* Be accountable for management of agency relationships and core suppliers.
Previous experience of the new Head of Mass Participation Fundraising :
* Experience of leadership to successfully driving income growth from event participation, product promotion or schools fundraising either in commercial or charity sector.
* Skilled in strategic planning and development to find new ways to drive growth.
* Experience of budgetary management and financial planning.
* Understanding of acquisition marketing strategies and integrated marketing approach.
