Salary: £31,524 - £32,931 per annum dependent on experience (plus sleep-in allowance)

Achieving for Children are opening a second children’s home and are looking for a Therapeutic Intervention Worker and Edge of Care Outreach Worker to join their team.
Responsibilities
The role will be working within a children’s home setting and offering outreach support to children in the community
You will provide day to day care of children and young people within a family based environment that promotes positive attachments and relationships
Work alongside the wider framework or professionals and families in order to understand a child’s life experience and respond and act in ways that promote a child’s opportunities and potential
Work directly with children and young people
Provide the best quality of personalized nurturing care that meets the needs of very vulnerable young people
Contribute to developing and maintaining a stimulating, nurturing home where children feel happy, cared for and safe
Provide 1-to-1 outreach support to children, young people and families in their own homes and in the community
Requirements:
Diploma level 3 in caring for children and young people is desirable
Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
