Pulse has recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist providers of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist to support the clinical leadership of the service. This position is based in Wolverhampton, accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist, you will support educational and residential colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on clinical assessment and formulation, you will provide individualized interventions and engagement for our young people.

Main responsibilities:
* Collaborate within schools and children’s homes to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into education and care
* Provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams
Candidate requirements:
* Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with HCPC
* Proven skills in engaging and delivering interventions to children and young people with complex needs
* Experience supporting teams to create clinically informed living and learning environments
* Confident, engaging, and effective as a leader and trainer
* Highly organized, proactive, and committed to positive outcomes for young people
