Our Client, a London headquartered global investment manager, is looking to strengthen their legal function with an experienced employment and benefits lawyer. The ideal candidate would be a well rounded corporate counsel and have 3-7 years PQE with a good practice background and a strong in-house secondment or in-house track record in a Tier 1 financial services environment, specialising in Employment & Benefits law. Responsibilities Provide legal advice on all employment related matters Develop and implement employment policies and procedures Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Handle employment litigation matters Conduct internal investigations into employment matters Advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures Work closely with HR and management teams Requirements: Strong academic track record Minimum 3 years' post qualified experience. Must be an England & Wales qualified solicitor Multi-jurisidictional experience highly desirable - particularly Ireland and Jersey Good in-house secondment in a recognised CIB or Asset Manager - or in-house position Must have the right to work in the UK - this role will not be sponsored
