The Great Yarmouth Adult Community Mental Health team are looking to recruit a professional, conscientious, calm, and confident individual to lead the existing Administration Team. Community mental health services are currently undergoing review and transformation, so this is a very exciting time to join the team.
Main duties of the job:
* You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure.
* You will need to demonstrate your communication, prioritisation and administration skills as well as your knowledge of IT systems.
* You will need to work flexibly in response to service needs and think creatively.
* Experience of working to deadlines and on your own initiative is essential.
* The role will require you to supervise an experienced and established administration team, therefore supervisory experience is essential.
* Full training and support package will be provided.
