About the Role:
Are you a recent graduate eager to build your career in education? Aspire is looking for a passionate and dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Salford. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced educators to provide essential support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they thrive in a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with additional learning needs.
Assist in delivering differentiated lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning styles.
Support students with classroom activities such as tasks, homework, and projects.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and growth.
Assist teachers with classroom management, ensuring students remain focused and on-task.
Promote students' independence, self-confidence, and emotional well-being.
Track individual progress and provide regular updates on student development.
Key Requirements:
A degree (or equivalent qualification) in any discipline.
A passion for education and a desire to pursue a career in teaching or support roles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students and collaborate with colleagues.
A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude toward supporting student development.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is beneficial but not essential.
