* Define requirements for new solutions and changes to existing functionality.

* Document business system change requirements accurately, translating them into functional and non-functional specifications.
* Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and facilitate decision-making.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational models.
* Communicate and document change impacts, ensuring smooth transitions to Business-As-Usual (BAU).
* Support quality assurance activities, including test script development and execution.
* Manage your own workload, prioritizing tasks based on project demands.
* Use a hybrid skillset of business analysis and project management as needed.

To be successful you’ll bring...
* At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a BA/PM hybrid role, preferably in retail or property sectors.
* Experience with Workday FINs ERP and Workday HR modules is highly desirable.
* Proven experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and requirements gathering.
* Experience with both Waterfall and Agile environments, using tools like BPMN, Visio, JIRA, and DevOps.
* Strong analysis and business system design skills, with a flexible approach to problem-solving.
* Project management experience, including planning, governance, and risk management.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and explain complex issues clearly.
