Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Customer Transition Manager to join our team in Chelmsford. As a key member of our District team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive a seamless service throughout their transition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the transition process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover.
* Collaborate with District teams and the Customer Resolution Centre to address customer queries and concerns.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive continuous improvement.
* Monitor and report on customer satisfaction levels.
