Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and professional Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator to join the business and assist the Sales Manager in the day to day running of the expanding sales department.

The Role:
This role involves working closely with clients to guide them through the buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
A position where you will be able to experience every part of the sales journey, from start to finish and be expected to offer excellent customer service, where the client comes first and you provide the best outcome for them.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct market appraisals, prepare detailed descriptions, manage your own listings, promote the property to applicants through maintaining good CRM practises and social media channels.
Conduct viewings, negotiate deals and handle all necessary paperwork and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, liaise with the team to keep them up to date with progress and stay updated with everything that is going with the property market. The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
A property qualification would be a plus, or someone willing to undertake training and a keenness to move forward in your career.
