Lister 1 is an established area, that see's on average 1500 patients per month. Elective oncology and urology patients attend Lister 1 for procedures and infusions including immunotherapies, chemotherapies, interventional radiology procedures, blood transfusions, and central line care to name a few. We are looking to recruit someone who has had recent Oncology experience, with proven leadership skills and is competent to administer SACT. As part of the senior nurse team you will provide support to team members and lead by example by working clinically administering SACT to ensure we provide a high quality, progressive and effective service to all our patients. You will be given the chance to undertake additional training in regard's to authorising Chemotherapy. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and experience of the Band 6 role. You will be part of a very busy, nurse-led team working in an out-patient area.
