Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced and agile-minded Finance Manager to join our growing team.
With a professional background that reflects your financial expertise, you’ll work with the Head of Finance & Operations to prepare budgets and forecasts and take ownership for the preparation and submission of the monthly management accounts and Board reporting.
Your demonstrated expertise in financial modelling and analytics will allow you to review the Company’s revenue drivers, as well as the production and ownership of margin analytics and cashflow forecasting models. As you monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity, you’ll identify and implement effective controls to optimise financial performance.
Your prior personnel management experience will also facilitate your leadership and coaching three direct reports, including supporting their personal career development.
Solutions-oriented with high levels of self-motivation, you’ll be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business, and will bring your positive growth mindset and exceptional organisational skills to our constantly evolving and fast paced business. To ensure your success in this role, you’ll also hold a relevant professional finance qualification (e.g., CA, CIMA, ACCA).
