LCP Delta is seeking a Consultant, specialising in eMobility and electric vehicle (EV) charging, who can lead the growth of our EV consulting business. This newly created, senior role will have a focus on building relationships with industry stakeholders, originating consulting assignments and leading the provision of high-value consultancy projects, including strategic advice and commercial due diligence.

What will you be doing?
Business Development
* Grow your network and use your industry experience to proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the European eMobility / EV charging sector
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and partners (e.g. Auto-OEMs, energy retailers, investors, etc.)
* Represent LCP Delta at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
Strategic Growth
* Responsibility to drive the development and growth of LCP Delta’s EV consultancy team and offerings (e.g. commercial due diligence, M&A advice)
* Working with teams across LCP Delta to identify synergies and new growth opportunities (e.g. collaborating with ‘Flexibility’ colleagues on topics such as bi-directional charging)
* Responsibility for achieving revenue targets, growing the team, and the EV consultancy strategy
Delivery
* Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of eMobility / EV charging projects, providing expertise and direction to project teams
* Active participation in the provision of strategic advice, opinion and recommendations to clients
Thought Leadership
* Develop and share insights on the eMobility / EV charging market through white papers, articles and external speaking opportunities
* Work closely with LCP Delta’s marketing and branding efforts to raise our profile within the eMobility industry
What skills, experience and qualities are we looking for?
* A considerable amount experience working in the eMobility sector with a solid understanding of the EV charging industry
* Consultancy or research experience is highly desirable
* Experience of leading business development opportunities
* Excellent client management and relationship-building skills
* Thought leadership and strong analytical skills – an ability to simplify the complex
* Team player – collaborative, setting standards, building relationships, providing feedback
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage a varied workload and multiple deadlines

* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the energy transition and sustainable mobility
* The ability to develop relationships with new industry contacts, to understand their needs, and a desire to learn from them
