Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with partners' engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time
* Manage the technical relationship with partners, providing support and handling service outages
* Communicate partner needs to the product team, contributing to the enhancement of user experiences
* Write production code to improve internal tooling and products, demonstrating deep engineering expertise
* Scale programmes by creating informative content and documentation for partners, facilitating integration with our infrastructure
* Provide 24x7 on-call support coverage via rotation schedule
* Proactively analyse information to identify trends and recommend tactical improvements
* Utilise problem-solving skills to resolve large business problems
* Frame issues within the larger scope and goal of the team, translating them into actionable insights
Minimum Qualifications:
* Sufficient years of experience as a Support Engineer or similar role
* Engineering degree or related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
* Proven experience in API development on cloud-based infrastructures
* Programming experience using Object-Oriented languages like PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with the full web stack, REST API development, and bug management support
* Familiarity with building advertisement campaigns in social media
* Exposure to configuring payments products
