Your Role
Working across our national Client Services team, you’ll be a key member of the team acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties involved in legal matters. You’ll work closely with our fee-earners to support them with any administrative, secretarial and non-billable tasks as well as working hard to provide exceptional client service.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Communicating with our clients and third parties on behalf of partners and other fee-earners in the Private Client teams
2. Undertaking legal tasks.
3. Supporting in the preparation of court bundles
4. Managing fee-earner diaries, booking travel arrangements.
5. Assisting with the billing process to be as efficient and effective as possible
6. Dealing with all matter maintenance
About You
7. Legal assistant/secretarial experience working with experienced fee-earners would be desirable, however we would be open to candidates who have experience of administration/secretarial experience in a professional environment
8. A good understanding and knowledge of relevant case management systems
9. Brilliant client care skills and good verbal and written communication skills
10. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
