We are looking for an immediately available Business Support candidate who ideally has some experience in Facilities or Health and Safety. Failing that, you must be a strong, organised administrator with superb customer service skills, as this role will be dealing with contractors and visitors to the building on a daily basis.\nYour role will be to provide customer-focussed administrative support across finance, commercial and facilities teams, and an efficient and effective service to both internal and external stakeholders. \n\nKey Vacancy information \nTemporary job opportunity for 4- 12 weeks - this job could become a fixed contract for 9-12 months ( subject to the discretion of the business and performance of the candidate)\nSalary guide £25900\nImmediate start in April 2025.
(Successful applicants must be available to start temporary work and not be on notice)\nMonday - Friday 9am - 5pm\nSheffield city centre location\n100% office based\n\nDuties:\nBusiness Administration and facilities administration tasks\nReception cover where required\nWorking with the landlord to ensure the premises comply with safety and health regulations.\nManaging relationships with external contractors for essential services such as cleaning, general maintenance and repairs.\nKeeping supplies well stocked, updating SOP's and policies and procedures so they are relevant and up to date.\nPreparing written responses to enquiries, processing incoming and outgoing post.\n\nWhat you'll need to succeed \nPrevious experience in a similar role would be great, but as mentioned above, a strong administrator would be welcome to apply. Good written, verbal and IT skills are essential.
