Position Title - Sales Support
Responsibilities / Duties:
* General processing of orders, quotations, account setups and order entry
* Responding to customer enquiries and resolving queries via email, phone, live chat and other methods within agreed timeframes
* Making outbound account care calls to existing customers to offer alternative products etc.
* Monitoring back orders and communicating lead times to customers
* Managing estimated delivery dates and customer expectations
* Raising returns and collections
* Releasing orders to warehouse in timely manner
* Logo setups
* Ensuring KPI's are met
* Any other duties as required by your Line Manager
Skills / Attributes Required:
* Strong organisational skills, disciplined approach, accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure, follow tasks through to completion, team player but able to use and work on own initiative.
* Must be computer literate
* Ability to get on well with colleagues and customers
* Effective communication skills - verbal, written and listening
* Desire to offer service excellence to both internal and external customers.
* Positive attitude
