We're recruiting for an Operations Manager to join our team in order to take on a variety of responsibilities.
The Role
Operations Managers are responsible for all departments, including Accounting, Business Development & Account Management, IT, and the Call Centre located west of the city. It is a challenging and varied position with around 45 full-time and part-time employees.
The Operations Manager will report directly to the Company Chairman, who is assisted by four other directors.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruiting, training, developing, reviewing, and disciplining employees
* Management of our premises and equipment
* Management of ISO9001 & 14001 processes
* Liaison with clients and management of major accounts
* Documentation and management of formal tenders
* Administration, billing, and debt collection supervision
* Managing supplier relationships and controlling costs
* Working with the Call Centre staff to maximise delivery versus cost
* Reviewing management accounts, setting and managing forecasts and budgets with directors
