Our client is a main car dealership, who are now seeking to recruit an exceptional and experienced Showroom Manager for their busy and thriving site. Showroom Manager Role To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be co-coordinating the daily activities of the Sales ExecutivesTo provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’sTo be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitability To oversee the enquiry management processTo promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintainedTo maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales deals
About You Experience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager is ideal. To have a good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DMS, training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulationTo be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your workProven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management and administrative duties.To have a valid driving licence

Basic £27,000K – OTE between £55,000-£65,000
Company Car & £200 Fuel allowance
