Senior Recruitment Consultant - Fire & Security - Sales, Technical, Management
About the Company: Our client – a well-established fire and security installation company based in Yorkshire – is looking to recruit a driven and knowledgeable BDM to help grow their footprint across the region.
About the Role: As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities across Yorkshire and surrounding areas, selling fire and security solutions including:
* CCTV
* Access Control
* Intruder Alarms
* Door Entry Systems
Responsibilities: You’ll be working closely with clients to understand their needs, carry out site surveys, and design tailored solutions to present back to them. From initial contact to quote preparation and securing the order – you’ll own the full sales cycle.
Qualifications: Proven experience in business development or sales within the security industry - minimum 5 years experience.
Required Skills:
* Strong product knowledge of CCTV, access control, intruder, and door entry systems
* Ability to carry out site surveys and produce basic system designs
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and confident working in a field-based, target-driven role
* Full UK driving licence
Pay range and compensation package: Basic Salary up to £40,000, Uncapped Commission Structure – the sky’s the limit, Company Car, Laptop & Mobile Phone, 28 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme
