The Transformation team are responsible for overseeing and coordinating all major change or transformation activity across the DDaT department. This includes project delivery, resource scheduling, testing and portfolio planning. The Project Support Analyst role is vital for supporting the delivery of minor and large projects to our stakeholders, ensuring all resource activities are correctly managed, coordinated, governed and successfully delivered. Regular reporting on project status and progress is an essential expectation of the role, alongside risk management and benefits tracking. The post holder must hold a good understanding of project management best practices and be familiar with different approaches to project scheduling. The role is expected to identify and combine the resourcing needs of multiple projects, so that they can be aligned into a logical and achievable delivery plan. Support PM with routine reporting such as highlight reports, board packs and general PPMO artefacts.
