This is an exciting new sales opportunity to work in Continence Care - Intermittent Self-Catheterisation. As a Territory Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building lasting customer relationships. You'll collaborate with our Regional Business Leader, Strategic Partnership Manager, and Nursing team to develop and implement account-specific plans. This role offers the opportunity to connect with specialist nurses and enhance patient outcomes in the acute sector. You'll be responsible for owning local formularies and setting high standards for excellence in continence care, all while exceeding sales targets and showcasing the Companys value proposition. Above all you will be passionate about making a difference to patients lives with private and personal medical conditions. In this role you will: Maintain, defend and grow sales within the territory. Achieve the activity and sales targets specified for this role ensuring highly effective use of the company partnership selling model. Promote and differentiate the company through the total value proposition offered Work with the Regional Business Leader to develop, execute and track the territory business plan. Maintain a good awareness of competitor activity within the industry and territory, anticipating issues and opportunities, responding in a timely manner as required. Ensure accurate administration and record keeping, for example, maintenance of customer databases and records, progress notes and customer follow up. Work with Strategic Partnership Manager to create a positive market access environment. Ensure a great working knowledge of the NHS, including ICSs, PCNs, CCGs and NHS trusts within the territory, and understand their local priorities. Work to high medical ethical standards. Qualifications Essential: Full UK driving licence Desirable: Degree or equivalent Person experience required Proven success in field sales in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals. Passionate about understanding customers needs and delivering tailored solutions. Experience of working in both acute and community settings would be desirable. Experience of working with specialist nurses would be desirable. Ambitious and resilient, will go the extra mile, will achieve, and get results. Business acumen; demonstrates good commercial awareness. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
