About the role
Change Mental Health is a leading national mental health charity providing incredible person-centred support across the nation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathic person with a passion for supporting people living with mental illness and poor mental health to join Change Mental Health and help us continue to deliver excellent mental health services across Dumfries and Annan.
Our Resource Centres in Annan and Dumfries are among five centres in Dumfries and Galloway. They serve as safe spaces for individuals affected by serious mental illnesses to engage in various activities, develop social and recreational skills and connect with their communities. Support includes personal development plans focused on meaningful outcomes. The Dumfries centre on Queensberry Street is a new development.

Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you will identify opportunities to enhance the service and ensure the best possible outcomes for those we support.
Professionalism, strong communication skills and a commitment to person-centered care are essential in this role.
