Support surgical procedures by facilitating communication between teams and ensuring safe patient transfer post-surgery. Communication and Relationship Skills: Effectively communicate with patients, colleagues, and caregivers, adapting communication methods to individual needs. Provide feedback, and maintain accurate records. Knowledge, Training & Experience: Adhere to regulations and procedures, prioritise and organise workload efficiently, and continuously update knowledge and skills. Understand patient care principles, anatomy, physiology, and apply problem-solving skills in clinical emergencies. Analytical & Judgmental Skills: Stay updated with research findings, contribute to quality assurance programs, reflect on clinical practice, and adapt to new developments. Planning & Organisational Skills: Involve colleagues in planning and organising work, provide clear instructions and support, and address poor performance effectively.
