You will report to the Education Manager and support them by being an extension of education initiatives and bring them to life in-store to accelerate in-store services and FSDU collaboration. Key Responsibilities… You will have the ability to influence stakeholders and be results-oriented, engaging in the delivery to impact positive growth and master retail excellence. Being accountable for the performance in our stores and event locations. You will be a genuine Brand Ambassador, confidently leading the animation and coaching for retailer engagement while bringing our brands to life through on-counter coaching. You will be responsible for growing our retail business through achieving business metrics. Following brand guidelines, you will push the boundaries in digital engagement to create real emotion with your content through platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and where needed, retailer platforms. Analyzing data to upskill and share your social-savvy best practices with your teams. You will support online where necessary via live chat, virtual consultations with empathy and expert product knowledge. Drive retail through bookable events when launched. Support key projects within several retailers to drive performance. Must Haves… Minimum of 3 years of retail experience. This role will suit someone who has been a Beauty Counter Manager and has a flair and passion for eventing and bringing IT Cosmetics to life Flexible approach to availability in line with the needs of the business, including weekends. We would love your animating magic to be spread across UKI; therefore, we would need you to be comfortable with traveling with some occasional overnight stays. This role is store-based, so you will be comfortable traveling within the region to multiple different stores. Proven track record of driving retail, providing exceptional customer service and events. Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities. Support and Development… Your induction and onboarding will be led by your Area Manager and Education Manager.
