Role Purpose Co-ordination of all functions required to enable the safe, secure, on time departure of an aircraft within their scheduled turn-around times in accordance with the relevant Ground Handling Manual. To be responsible for ensuring the Menzies Aviation (MA) product is delivered consistently in line with service level standards and Menzies policies and procedures. What you will be doing
* Provide exceptional Customer Service as per the Menzies and Airline specific standards to ensure customer satisfaction at every step of their journey
* Operate all systems and equipment in a safe, secure and efficient manner
* Ensure timely and effective communication with all relevant parties, both external and internal
* Manage the offloading and loading procedures of the aircraft
* Assist with disruption management.
