* Identify emerging trends, inefficiencies, and untapped opportunities.
* Create dynamic, self-service reporting tools that support leadership to make real-time decisions.
* Analyse key metrics, including data centre utilisation, sales pipeline trends, and revenue forecasting.
* Surface predictive insights to shape sales strategies before they are requested.

* Regularly audit and purge stale data in accordance with legal requirements while maintaining reporting integrity.
Process Optimisation
* Build and automate sales workflows to support bare metal, cloud, and hybrid solution offerings.
* Develop custom objects and fields to track data centre capacity, server configurations, and deployment statuses.
* Automate workflows to enhance Deal Desk processes and approval flows.
Integrations & System Management
* Manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems and billing systems for complex infrastructure deals.
* Troubleshoot and manage API integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
Training & Enablement
* Lead training to ensure end-users fully leverage Salesforce as an insights tool, not just a CRM.
* Drive the shift from a reactive to a proactive, insights-led Salesforce approach.
* Champion adoption of new analytics tools and best practices across the global sales organisation.
The above list of duties is not exhaustive. You will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the Revenue Operations team.
