About you:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, ideally within the hospitality, leisure, or retail sectors.
* Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Willing to travel across the cluster of hotels.
* Strong leader with the ability to impart discipline with the right balance.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
* Commercially minded with a strategic approach to people management.
Example key responsibilities:
Supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle
including:
* Partner with hotel leadership teams to drive and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
* Support recruitment and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the hospitality industry.
* Lead on employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives to create a positive working environment.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies, promoting best HR practices.
* Support learning and development initiatives to drive career growth and skills enhancement.
* Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
