Job Description Dealing with patients face to face in Reception. Dealing with patients on the telephone. Booking of appointments and triage to the correct clinician. Taking messages, dealing with repeat prescription requests. Monitoring of On-line Consult emails. Saving patient documentation/information within patients medical records. Actioning general day to day administrative tasks. Contacting patients when necessary. Receiving patients samples for testing and ensuring patient details are correctly recorded. Ensuring all reception areas are clean and tidy. Handover to all unresolved issues at the end of your working day. Provide additional cover during holidays and sick leave.
