A leading entertainment company is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager on a 3 month contract to oversee day-to-day operations of its UK direct-to-consumer online store. You’ll work across multiple departments to drive sales, optimise performance, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage online store operations, including product setup, pricing, and merchandising.
* Lead cross-functional planning meetings to align e-commerce strategy with key product releases.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Collaborate with digital marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and acquisition.
* Oversee customer support, ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.
* Maintain and optimize the subscriber database and email marketing campaigns.
* Provide insights on retail trends and performance to support business growth.

* Strong e-commerce experience with a deep understanding of online retail trends.
* Experience in Media IP and licensing is important
* Commercial mindset with the ability to trade and optimize product offerings.
* Experience in retail operations, stock management, and financial forecasting.

* Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce) and digital marketing tools.
