You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere, overseeing the soft play area and assisting parents with any needs. It goes without saying that you must love working with children, have a good sense of humour and be a responsible and organised person.
WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE:
Answering guest queries on products, prices & house facilities/activities
Dealing with enquiries by telephone in a warm & friendly manner, endeavouring at all times to accommodate their requests
Ensure a clean & tidy environment at all times & ensure that the reception area is tidy & ready for service at all times
Help create a fun, exciting & safe environment so that every guest leaves wanting to return
Help run children’s Birthday parties, taking control and interacting with the children
Face painting & Balloon modelling
Selling of various food and drink items to guests

Someone who is able to adapt behaviour to different situations
Who also is able to generate ideas to increase sales/improve standards
Who also has the ability to work within an already amazing team!
Someone who has the ability to manage and control large groups of guests.
