Education Partnerships and Collaborations Manager

Are you interested in working with us to support our NHS workforce expansion plans and innovations; with a focus on fostering and maintaining education partnerships and collaborations with our clinical partners, including for placement activities?
Do you have a collaborative approach and an interest in building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders?
As Education Partnerships and Collaborations Manager, you will provide expert partnership and placement advice and insight to inform and help us develop and deliver our Faculty education strategic plans. You will manage the team of Partnership and Placements staff; an integrated cross-faculty team embedded within our Schools. You will provide operational leadership for our partnership working with our Teaching Trusts and other clinical partners in regard to the education (Education Strategic Partners) we deliver, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses and placement administration across the Faculty, setting standards and ensuring a high-quality, professional administrative approach including operationally managing partnerships, contracting, finance and budgets, quality assurance, and reporting. You will report to the Deputy Operations Director (Education) and work alongside academic leads and Student Education Service colleagues to ensure collaborative working with our partners.
