This role reports directly to the Export Sales Manager. The company produces custom and precision-engineered fasteners for key sectors including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Generation. Following a period of significant growth and ongoing investment in both staff and infrastructure, the business is expanding its export sales team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with international clients Handle export sales inquiries and quotations efficiently Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and ERP systems Meet strict deadlines while managing a varied workload Requirements: Proven experience in sales or export sales (preferably within manufacturing or engineering sectors) Strong communication and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team
