Key responsibilities include:
1. Being the first point of contact for all tenants, making sure customers and guests receive the best possible experience;
2. Carrying out regular building walks to achieve high visual standards in accordance with the building standards checklist;
3. Reporting any maintenance issues in a timely manner, following up with customers accordingly;
4. Providing excellent meeting room service and hospitality, ensuring all guests receive outstanding service;
