An exciting opportunity hasarisen for an Appointments Co-Ordinator to join the Advanced Physiotherapy PractitionersTeam, providing administrative support to both our patients and AdvancedPhysiotherapists.
The successful applicant will bebased at Evesham Community Hospital where there will be an opportunity to learnall different aspects of administrative work within this service as part of adynamic, caring and supportive appointments team.
We are looking for a highlymotivated, enthusiastic candidate with good inter-personal, communicationskills, have good administrative and organisational skills, be reliable andprovide a confidential, quality service.
This post is a permanentposition for a full time post or a part time post on a job share to fulfil thefull time hours. We are flexible with days.

Main duties of the job
1. Arrange and confirm appointments with patients andclinicians within the Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner Service as required.
2. Ensure appointment letters and other relevant documentationare sent out in a timely manner.
3. Liaise between clients, professional staff and othermulti-agency partners as required
4. Answer and engage with telephone enquiries.
5. Deal with incoming and outgoing mail.
6. Undertake administration duties that are specific to therole.
7. Undertake general office duties, as required, typing,data inputting, filing, scanning/copying and telefaxing, in line with TrustPolicies and Procedures.

Educated to academic Level 3 ( A-Level, NVQ 3, OCR/RSA 3, City & Guilds 3) in a Business/ Administration related subject or Educated to academic Level 2 ( GCSE Grade A-C) with considerable recent NHS administrative experience and will be expected to undertake the relevant level 3 qualification on appointment to post
