Telecoms Account Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 doe; plus uncapped commission
What's my mission?
1. Responding to existing customer queries, and managing their accounts effectively.
2. Managing our existing portfolio and developing key accounts as well as the ability to attract new business opportunities.
3. Managing existing accounts for private & public sector organisations.
4. Confident at upselling, cross-selling & developing these accounts to ensure maximum profitability.
5. Building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Understanding client needs and requirements and road mapping future solutions.
7. Attending weekly sales meetings.
8. Designing and delivering complex solutions.
9. Negotiating new contract and payment terms.
10. Building, managing, and forecasting a solid 3-month pipeline.
11. Meeting sales targets.
12. Liaising with our Service Delivery team to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled.
Who will I be working with?

You will be working with a small and friendly Sales & Marketing team, working closely with our Account Managers across the group and liaising with Service Delivery engineers.
You will be liaising with our customers, predominantly via the phone, but will also be confident with email communication and face-to-face communication.
What skills & Experience Will I Need?
1. Strong communication and customer service skills.
2. A good work ethic and professionalism, with a desire to develop skills.
3. Experience in B2B selling within either the Private or Public Sector.
4. Passion for the Telecoms and IT sector; knowledge of VOIP, Unified Communications, Cloud Services.
5. Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload.
6. Full UK driving license is preferred.
7. Problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.
8. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and internally.
Due to the nature of this role, there will be a requirement to undertake a full DBS check and credit referencing checking.
